Welcome! I'm Teacher Tam, a math educator who views mathematics not as a chore, but as a unique language. My mission is to help students speak that language fluently and with ultimate confidence.
 

For years, I've encountered kids and adults who told me, "I'm just not a math person." Over time, I've had the privilege of watching that label fall away once we slowed down, used our hands on tools and brains, and laughed our way through the hard parts. I watched as Math became theirs.

​Teacher Tam LLC is the home for the tools I wished I'd had: storybooks where children see themselves, activity kits that turn lessons into play, and coaching that meets each family where they are. Tessa Tate is the heart of it: a young, curious, sunflower-bright reminder that every child, every adult can do this.
