Teacher Tam LLC activity kits and supplies are designed for educational and recreational purposes.

• Adult Supervision: We highly recommend adult supervision at all times. Kits contain small parts and wooden counting sticks that may pose a choking hazard for young children.

• Age Appropriateness: Please review the age recommendations provided on each specific kit product page. Keep all unboxed components out of reach of infants and toddlers.

• Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using these kits, parents, guardians, or educators assume full responsibility for ensuring a safe environment and supervising the child's usage. Teacher Tam LLC disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from unsupervised or improper use of kit materials.

All Sales Final Policy

All purchases made through Teacher Tam LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect sizing/item selection. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged or Defective Goods Policy

We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand shipping damages can happen.

• Reporting Window: You must report any damaged or defective products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Reports made after 14 days will not be eligible for review.

• Return Requirements: To qualify for a replacement, items must be returned to us in their original packaging.

• Shipping Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

• Replacements: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, Teacher Tam LLC will ship out a replacement of the same item at no additional product cost to you. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or alternative resolution will be offered at our discretion.

Shipping Policy for Teacher Tam LLC

Thank you for shopping with Teacher Tam LLC. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing and Handling Time

• Standard Orders: All orders for books, activity books, merchandise, and supplies are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Activity Kits: Due to the assembly required for physical activity kits, please allow 2-4 business days for processing.

• Exclusions: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs. 

  
  

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control. 

  
  

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. 

4. Delivery Issues and Address Errors 

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Teacher Tam LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the item. 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages 

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. You must report the damage within 14 days of delivery, return the item in its original packaging, and cover return shipping costs to receive a replacement.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Teacher Tam LLC is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors, checking your local post office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier.
